The site is located on 30m wide sector road and the client have a construction business. The ancestors land was lying vacant since many year so the client started a new venture of the bakery and also want to run his office from the same place. The Project is under designing stage. We are addressing the design in such a way that the building can be the head office for various new vetures of the clients without changing/alteration in the structure of the building.
